Synopsis

The film is set in the mid-1990s and follows the story of Mawar, a university student contending with the emptiness that comes with being orphaned. Shortly after, she meets Restu, a charming young man who respects her space and pays her utmost attention.

Her friends, Vey, Kartika, and Lina, begin to witness disturbing changes in Mawar’s behavior. She retreats from socializing and becomes obsessed with Restu and as her conditioning worsens, it starts to appear there is something seriously wrong. In their attempt to solve their friend’s deteriorating condition, they stumble on a shocking reality: Restu is not exactly what he appears to be and Mawar’s wish means her life is now bound to the spirit of a very angry and malevolent entity.
